Supply chain
The right stock in every store, at the right time
Initial allocation, pre-packs, replenishment along the product lifecycle, inter-store transfers and returns. Driven by forecasts, store capacity and priorities, and run by exception.

The problem is everywhere at once
Thousands of products in hundreds of stores, short deliveries, demand that changes before the goods arrive, and store plans that are not synchronised with the warehouse. Excess and shortage appear in the same chain at the same time.
- No forward visibility when placing orders
- No combined view of stock and sales
- Plans that ignore future demand and availability
- Store and warehouse plans not in sync
- Thousands of orders and transfers managed by hand
- Surpluses and stock-outs across the chain
Covered along the whole product lifecycle
Each phase of the lifecycle uses a different method. The system switches automatically, so planners do not have to.
- AllocationLaunch to store groups, countries and channels on the first allocation date, by algorithm
- GrowthVolatile early sales, replenished with min/max or cover rules
- MaturityStable sales and the best forecasts, dynamic replenishment
- End of lifeDemand to end of life checked against stock, then stop, transfer or return
Processes we implement
Allocation, replenishment and transfers
- Pack allocation: macro, micro, new stores, additional and from virtual warehouses
- Pack breaking, multipacks and relabelling
- Single-item replenishment from central or store demand
- Inter-store transfers that rebalance surplus and shortage within region or country
- Closing-store transfers, returns and liquidation
- Virtual warehouses and reservations by channel and country, with backup sources
- Store priorities, capacity thresholds, presentation layers and delivery calendars
- Supplier minimums, case and pallet rounding, transport limits
Demand you can trust
Regular, promotional and new-store forecasts, size curves and pre-pack design. History cleaning, sister stores and products, promo lift and exception management.
The right method per product
Matched to forecast volume and volatility. Service levels set per category and rotation, since safety stock grows non-linearly above about 92%.
Run by exception
Six million order proposals, a few hundred decisions
A chain of about 260 stores with 20,000 products generates around six million replenishment proposals per run. Nobody can check them one by one. Proposals that pass the rules go to the ERP automatically. Planners work only on exceptions.
